PROJECT: Centrelink Roof Replacement

PROJECT COMPLETION: February 2024

SCOPE: Halbuild was engaged to manage the removal and replacement of roof sheeting, gutters, insulation blankets, and roof safety mesh for the main roof and lower awnings of the Centrelink building. The project also included the installation of permanent height safety systems, the application of a new membrane to the existing barrel roof, and upgrades to the hydraulic infrastructure to improve roof performance and extend the building's lifespan. The works were carefully staged to minimise disruption, ensuring operations continued smoothly within a live environment
