PROJECT: John Hill & Pax Hill Roof Renewal
LOCATION: Pennant Hills, NSW
CLIENT: Scouts NSW
PROJECT COMPLETION: May 2024

SCOPE: Halbuild was engaged to manage the removal and replacement of roof sheeting, insulation blankets, and roof safety mesh for the John Hill and Pax Hill buildings. This included structural upgrades to the existing roof structures, upgrades to gutters, downpipes and drainage infrastructure, installation of permanent height safety systems ti accommodate routine maintenance and upgrade existing solar system to enhance the performance of the building.
